The theme for our inaugural issue is: ROAR.
We want to see your most authentic work. What would your soul look like if you poured it out on a blank page? What are the words you can’t get out of your head? We want to see you be both brave and vulnerable, fearless but terrified; we want to know your dreams and see inside your heart. We want you.
Little Lion Literary seeks art rich in authenticity. What would your soul look like if you poured it out on a blank page? What are the words you can’t get out of your head? We want to see you be both brave and vulnerable, fearless but terrified; we want to know your dreams and see inside your heart. We want you.
Little Lion Literary accepts submissions in poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, and visual art. We are open to all forms both traditional and experimental, straight-laced or off-kilter. If it reflects you, we want to see it. All contributors whose work is selected for the journal become eligible to be named Spotlight Contributors for that issue.
Little Lion Literary asks for original, unpublished work in all categories. Work previously published on a personal website or on social media is acceptable. Please note if your submission has previously appeared on a personal website or social media account, and provide a link to the original post. If your work is accepted, we ask for first digital serial rights to publish the work in an online publication. All rights revert back to the artist upon publication.
